The Boundaryline Annual Summit is a chance to get the whole team from across the country to one place so we can celebrate the previous years successes, talk about the upcoming year, do some team building and show appreciation to our staff members.
Arrowtown was the location this year, which provided us with beautiful weather, perfect for the lawn games and cricket that the team were playing.
We celebrated the 5 year service awards, Andrew Leef, Sarah Hodges, Thomas Howie and Tremayne Singh.
We also said goodbye to our longest serving employee, Kenny McRae. Kenny was with Boundary for 17 years in the Invercargill workshop, and is leaving to be with his family in Perth. Kenny had a wealth of skills and a a big heart, so he will definitely be missed.
Summit also provides a chance for us to highlight our exemplary team members who go above and beyond for Boundaryline. We have 3 categories of awards, our Values Awards, which is chosen by the leadership team, for the team members who they believed best lived that value for the year. The Peer Nominated Awards are chosen by the team, where each person in the team gets to nominate the people who they believe best live up to the award. The Most Valuable Colleague Award is the top tier award, also chosen by the team who nominate the people they believe is the most valuable colleague.
