Mangere Development: Enhancing homes with Modern Fencing Solutions

The Mangere Development is a part of a larger 15-20 year project that includes about 10,000 new homes, renovated neighborhoods, and upgraded infrastructure. This development is helping shape the future of Mangere.

We partnered with Mike Greer Homes on a section of this project. Mike Greer Homes focuses on creating modern, functional, and sustainable environments that bring pride to both homeowners and the community.

Boundaryline’s innovative fencing products were chosen to enhance the homes’ aesthetic and functionality.

SmartWall Fence

Our SmartWall fencing system, featured throughout this section, offers both beauty and strength. Painted white to match the modern look of the area, SmartWall combines steel posts and rails with cross-laminated pine timber, retaining a natural wood-grain finish. This system provides security while blending seamlessly with its surroundings, adding elegance to outdoor spaces.

ColourSlat Steel and Timber Fencing

Boundaryline’s ColourSlat Steel and ColourSlat Timber fences are perfect for screening courtyards and outdoor living areas. They offer privacy while allowing natural light to pass through. The ColourSlat Steel system is low-maintenance, made from pre-finished coloured steel that resists fading, warping, and twisting. Backed by a 5-year warranty, it offers a long-lasting solution. The ColourSlat Classic Timber fence combines continental trellis designs with steel posts and rails. Made from treated Radiata Pine, these panels can be left natural or stained. For this project, they were painted white to match the SmartWall fences.
