We had the pleasure of attending 2024 NZILA Firth Wānanga Conference held in Wellington earlier this month. It was a privilege to support the New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects (NZILA) and the wider landscape community.
The theme of Māramatanga—illumination, enlightenment, insight, and understanding—was evident throughout the event, inspiring discussions and presentations that emphasised the impact of landscape architecture on society and the environment.
The Landscape Architect profession is a critical link for people and place and to be able to constantly evolve our product offering to reflect what the industry requires gives our business real meaning.
The relationships that are formed, reaffirmed, and nurtured at gatherings such as the NZILA Conference are paramount in enhancing Aotearoa’s landscape and we look forward to continuing these conversations throughout the year.
