Community Housing Fencing Solutions at CHA 2024
Boundaryline recently attended the Community Housing Aotearoa (CHA) 2024 conference. This event is always a valuable opportunity to connect with key players in the social and community housing sector. Importantly, it also reinforced the growing demand for community housing fencing solutions that are fully compliant, cost-effective, and easy to implement.
During the event, we spoke with iwi groups, local developers, and community housing providers. Through these conversations, it became clear that there is strong potential for Boundaryline to support more CHPs. The government’s focus on removing funding barriers is a positive step. In particular, credit enhancement initiatives could unlock more projects and make housing delivery more achievable. With this in mind, we’re ready to support providers with practical solutions.
Boundaryline’s Community Housing Solutions platform is built for this space. It offers systems that meet Kāinga Ora specs and deliver long-term performance. We see strong potential for FlameWall, DuraPanel, and PicketPanel across upcoming projects.
Across the country, more than 40,000 social homes are managed outside Kāinga Ora. This presents a significant opportunity for partnerships. To support this work, we need strong relationships with build teams, project managers, and landscape designers. Fortunately, we connected with many of these professionals at CHA 2024 and began some great conversations.
