Whenuapai School is a busy, well-used space delivered under an accelerated programme, becoming the fastest school ever completed by the Ministry of Education, with just 13 months from design through to construction. A timeline like that only works when every part of the project can move quickly and install without rework. It needed fencing that keeps students safe, controls access, and stands up to constant daily use without slowing the build down. Boundaryline supplied a mix of modular systems across the site, with panels arriving ready to go, components lining up accurately, and installs running alongside other trades to keep the programme moving. The Whenuapai School Senior Campus project later received a Merit at the 2025 Colliers Project Leaders Education Property Awards, recognising the offsite manufacturing approach and coordinated delivery across the site. The result is fencing that went in efficiently, does its job every day, and stays easy to maintain.

SentryPanel School Panel forms the primary security solution around key areas of the school. Purpose-built for education environments, it handles the daily demands of busy grounds while helping staff maintain clear and secure boundaries. The panel includes a deliberately large gap between the horizontal rails. This creates an anti-climb design that is difficult to scale. Aluminium construction means it will not rust, warp, or require ongoing upkeep, making it ideal for long-term use in high-traffic settings.

Automated Access for Daily School Use

To support safe and efficient entry, School Panel automated sliding gates were installed. These gates provide controlled access for staff and visitors while maintaining a consistent security standard across the boundary. The aluminium construction ensures reliable operation with minimal maintenance, even with frequent daily use.
