For the 12th and 13th of January, our team was participating in our annual summit, an event where we get the whole team from across the country together and show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication we receive from them. This year we were very fortunate to have Dame Valerie Adams as our guest speaker, her story and experience really resonated with a lot of the team, truly an inspirational woman.
We had team building exercises, putting together kids bikes to be donated to women’s refuge and a team Masterchef challenge. This provided an opportunity for our staff at different branches to get to know each other in person and work together in completely different scenarios, which was also a whole lot of fun for the whole team.
