This year our annual Summit took place within the beautiful mountains at Mt Nicholas Station, an event where we get the whole team from across the country together and show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication we receive from them.
This year we were honoured to have Keven Mealamu, former All Blacks player, who shared his valuable life lessons from his time on the field. He emphasised the importance of prioritising people over process and strategy.
Our time was filled with team building exercises, motivational talks and games, like cricket and giant Jenga. This gave an opportunity for our staff at different branches to get to know each other in person and work together in completely different scenarios, which was also a whole lot of fun for the whole team.
