Boundaryline Summit 2026 – A Full Team Catch-Up Across All Branches

Earlier in January we brought the whole Boundaryline team together for our annual summit, hosted at our brand new Christchurch branch. With team members travelling in from Invercargill and Auckland, there was a real energy in the room from the start. We spent time hearing from the directors about the year ahead, with one clear focus running through the day: our customers. The conversations were forward-looking and grounded in how we can keep lifting the bar, day in and day out. It was the kind of day that leaves you feeling re energised and excited about what 2026 has up ahead.

Bikes for Tykes: Teamwork With Heart

Of course, it wasn’t all sitting and listening, we jumped into a mix of team building activities designed to get us thinking, laughing, and working together in different ways. There were puzzles, mind twisters, and a bit of photo action thrown in too, which definitely got people out of their comfort zones. The highlight for many of us was taking part in making up the Bikes for Tykes. Working in teams, we built bikes from scratch, knowing each one would soon be heading off to an underprivileged child. Seeing the finished bikes lined up at the end of the day was a pretty cool moment. It was a fun challenge, but also a great reminder of what can happen when teamwork and purpose (and a friendly rivalry between the teams) come together and why those connections across our branches matter so much, whether you’re from the deep South, the far North, or anywhere in between.

We’re heading into the year ahead feeling connected, motivated, and excited about what we can achieve together, and we’re really looking forward to an awesome year for both our team and our customers.
