Set within the relaxed coastal setting of Whakatāne, the Coastlands Project pairs modern architectural detailing with the timeless character of a classic New Zealand bach. Traditional weatherboard cladding sits alongside a soft palette of whites and light timbers, reflecting its beachside surroundings. PicketPanel Juno, custom powdercoated to a bright white, frames the pool and outdoor living area, creating a space that feels open yet private.   • Post&Rail and SmartWall Horizontal at Kamana Rise

Nestled in the hills of Wānaka, this Jennian Homes showhome at Kamana Rise captures the essence of Central Otago architecture. Natural colours, textures, and materials anchor the home to its landscape, balancing contemporary form with a strong sense of place. Post&Rail fencing, stained a deep brown, sits atop a schist retaining wall, introducing warmth and rustic character through timber and stone.
